AC110V/AC220V To DC 48V 20A 1000W Switch Power Supply Driver Transformer Adapter

I am really disappointed with the latest products received from banggood. An hour ago the courier arrived with the order from Banggood “AC110V / AC220V To DC 48V 20A 1000W Switch Power Supply Driver Transformer Adapter”. I was very happy because it is the first time I have received an order after only 7 days. But as soon as I opened the package I saw that it was very damaged. The container is so damaged that it is not even possible to lift the plastic to access the terminals to make the connections. Even the strongly bent pcb is taken over. Given the current in play I do not even dare to try to connect the 230 volt, it would be very dangerous. Since the 53 euros I spent were fully functional, I demand a fully functional power supply. At my second email you answered to wait 24 hours, more than 30 days have passed and you have not written to me.
I made hundreds of orders at Banggood because I thought it was a serious seller, but all this makes me think I was wrong.
I intend to suspend my purchases on banggood until you have settled the question.

Io sono veramente deluso degli ultimi prodotti ricevuti da banggood. Un’ora fa e’ arrivato il corriere con ordine da Banggood “AC110V/AC220V To DC 48V 20A 1000W Switch Power Supply Driver Transformer Adapter”. io ero molto contento perche’ e’ la prima volta che mi arriva un ordine dopo solo 7 giorni. Ma appena aperto il pacco ho visto che era molto danneggiato. Il contenitore e’ talmente danneggiato che non e’ nemmeno possibile sollevare la plastica per accedere ai morsetti per fare i collegamenti. Addirittura si ntravvede il pcb fortemente piegato. Visto le correnti in gioco non mi azzardo nemmeno a provare a collegare la 230 volt, sarebbe molto pericoloso. Dato che che i 53 euro che io ho speso erano perfettamente funzionanti Io esigo un alimentatore perfettamente funzionante.
